Delivery Options: Orders below 5kg: $8.00 (via External Courier) Orders 5kg and above: $15.00 (via Own Delivery Fleet) Orders $150 and above: Free Delivery
External Courier orders will take 3 to 5 working days to be delivered while delivery via our Own Delivery Fleet will take 2 to 3 working days. Delivery is only available on weekdays (excluding Public Holidays) and may require additional time during peak periods or holidays.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee a specific delivery date or time as the scheduling is either beyond our control or due to unforeseen road conditions.
Yes, we do ship internationally using regional and global courier companies that provide tracking services.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the actual or volumetric weight of the products, whichever is higher.
You may place your order or drop us an email to info@bakeking.com.sg with your delivery address and order. We will then proceed to pack your order and follow up with the shipping charges. Payment for the shipping charges can be made via PayPal or Credit Card (Stripe).
Please note that a small payment gateway fee will be deducted to PayPal/Stripe in your refund if an online order is cancelled after payment has been made.
1. Product exchange is strictly applicable for damaged or defective product that has been delivered to you. The exchange policy is 3 working days from the date of goods receipt.
2. Exchange is not applicable for promotional product; free-of-charge product.
3. Please contact us at info@bakeking.com.sg if the product delivered to you is short of your expectation. Please provide us with clear pictures, contact email and number so that we can revert to you.
4. Due to health and hygiene requirements and in the best interest of all our customers, we regret that we are unable to exchange or accept return of edible goods opened or unopened for instore purchases. The only exception is when the goods are faulty. The exchange policy for non-food products is 3 working days from the date of purchase. Exchanges are to be supported by a valid receipt and product to be in the original packaging.
