Pecan Brown Sugar Cookies
Instead of adding chopped pecans into the cookie dough, an entire half is used for each cookie. Every bite is full of the nutty pecan aroma!
Self-Raising Flour 60g
Cinnamon Powder 1/4tsp
Billington’s Light 30g
Salted Butter 30g
- Combine flour, salt, cinnamon and light musovado sugar together. Stir well.
- Mix in softened butter, stir in egg. Combine into a smooth dough. Roll into teaspoon sized balls.
- Press each piece flat using a raw pecan. Bake at 200oC for 14-15mins until the sides of the cookies are brown and the bottoms are dry.
