Ingredients
Optima Sponge Cake Mix 500g
Eggs 6 nos
Salted Butter, melted 250g
Method
- Preheat oven to 180ºC.
- Using an electric whisk or mixer, beat eggs till pale and fluffy.
- Add Optima and mix on a low speed.
- Add in melted and stir through thoroughly with a spatula till combined.
- Bake in a lined 9″ round tin for 45 minutes or till a skewer test comes out clean.
