The combination of the green pea powder and peanut oil results in a melt-in-the-mouth texture. This cookie recipe is vegan. The oil can be replaced with a flavourless oil if there’s an allergy with peanuts.

Green Peas 100g
Peanut Oil 110g
Method
- Add German Cookie mix and green pea powder in a mixing bowl. Stir well.
- Add in peanut oil gradually and mix with a fork.
- Roll into teaspoon-sized balls and flatten gently with a fork. Bake at 170°C for 16-18min or until light golden.
