Basic Vanilla German Cookie

German Cookie Mix    500g
Salted Butter               250g
Vanilla Essence           1/2 tsp

  1.   Cream butter, and vanilla essence till light.
  2.   Add in German Cookie Mix and combine till a smooth dough is formed.
  3.  Roll cookie dough into balls on baking tray, lined with parchment paper. Flatten lightly with a fork.
  4.   Bake at 180°C preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
