Direction of use: Add required amount of gelatine to the hot water/liquid. Beat briskly with a fork or whisk. Add this solution to other ingredients mixing thoroughly. Refrigerate until firm.

Uses: 3 teaspoons will set 2 cups (1/2L) of liquid into a tight jelly.
