Plain Flour 200g
Ground Almonds 100g
Billington’s Golden
Caster Sugar 50g
Billington’s Golden
Icing Sugar,Sifted 50g
Salt 1/4 tsp
Ghee 150g
1. Whisk plain flour, ground almonds, golden caster sugar, sifted icing sugar and salt together.
2. Stir in ghee, 1-2 spoons at a time. Gather into a ball. Clingwrap and flatten dough. Chill until slightly firm, about 15min.
3. Roll into teaspoon-sized balls and flatten gently with a fork. Bake at 160-170°C for 16-18min or until light golden.
