LorAnn’s Bakery Emulsions are water-based alternatives to baking extracts. Use in place of an extract in all your recipes for robust flavour that won’t bake-out when exposed to heat.

Since it’s soluble in water, LorAnn natural Lemon Bakery Emulsion is great in beverages and, unlike a lemon extract, it won’t impart the flavour of alcohol.

Use lemon emulsion instead of lemon zest in your recipes – just substitute 1/2 tsp. emulsion for 1 tsp. zest
