Crème De Menthe is a refreshing, soft Mint flavour that pairs especially well with chocolate.
This flavour will cause some thickening in chocolates and coatings; add liquified coconut oil, or cocoa butter to thin/smooth. (typical use is ¼ to ½ teaspoon per pound).
