Basic Vanilla Butter Cookie

Cookie Mix                  500g
Salted Butter               300g
Egg                              35g
Condensed Milk          50g
Vanilla Essence           1 tsp

1. Cream butter, egg, condensed milk and vanilla essence till light.
2. Add in Cookie Mix and combine till a smooth dough is formed.
3. Pipe using a piping bag or place a spoonful of cookie dough on baking tray, lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake at 170°C preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
