Bake King Snowskin Mix – 500g

Bake King Snowskin Mix is a premix for making Snowskin or Bing Pi mooncakes.

Method:
1. In a bowl, pour in the water to the Snowskin Mix and mix to form sticky dough.
2. Add in the shortening and knead the dough with your hands for 3-5 minutes until the dough becomes smooth and non-sticky.
3. Wrap the dough with a cling wrap and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
4. Divide into portions. Wrap the filling and press into the mold.

Tips to prevent sticking:
Dust with Kao Fen. Lightly coat hands, dough and mold and tap out excess.
