Bake King Instant Top Jelly Powder is the ideal gelatinising medium for a really transparent jelly covering with firm cutting consistency. It is also capable of being chilled as well and is quite compatible with acidulous fruits.
Direction of use: Add 50g of Bake King Instant Top Jelly Powder and 250g of sugar to 1L of water. Bring the whole mixture to a boil.
