Bake King Biscotti Mix is easy to make and give you a perfect, crispy biscotti slices!

Biscotti Mix 1pkt (500g)
Eggs 105g
Egg White 75g
Vanilla Essence 1tsp
Whole Almond 100g
1. Whisk eggs, egg whites and essence till foamy.
2. Add in Biscotti Mix, almonds, stir to combine into a dough.
3. Split the dough into 3 portions, and shape into oblongs.
4. Bake in a preheated 160° oven for 20mins.
5. Cool and chill in the fridge for at least 30mins.
6. Slice dough with a serrated knife and place on baking tray.
7. Bake in a preheated 160° oven for 20mins or till the biscotti slices are crispy.
