Bake King Mochi Snowskin Mix is a new premix from Taiwan for making snowskin or mooncakes.
Method:
Water 275g
Oil 80g
Sugar 200g
Essence 1/4tsp
Place water, oil and sugar into a pot and bring to boil. Pour into the mixing bowl and add the Snowskin Powder and essence. Using the K-beater, beat on low speed for 1 minute, then medium speed for 3 min till a smooth dough is formed.
Cool the dough till room temperature before using.
