Taiwan Toast Flour                   315g
Cold Milk                                  165g
Egg (Net Weight)                       50g
Salt                                              3g
Sugar                                         30g
Instant Yeast/Freash Yeast      2g/6g
Butter                                        15g





Sandwich Loaf


Combine all ingredients except butter and knead till a smoon dough forms.

Add butter and knead till window pane stage.

Place dough in a greased bowl, spray with water. Proof for 60mins in a closed oven.

Deflate, portion the dough in 4. 

Flatten and roll out each dough portion. Roll in it and rest for 15 mins. 

Flatten and roll out each dough porton in the opposite direction.

Place in a greased loaf tin and proof for 60-90mins.

Glaze with egg wash and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 35-40mins.
