Red Velvet Cookies

INGREDIENTS

Red Velvet Cake Mix                         500g

Eggs                                                    120g (2 large eggs)

Oil                                                       120g

Bitter-sweet Chocolate chips              80g

Red Velvet Cookies

  

1.     Preheat oven at 180°C.

2.     Line a baking tray with parchment paper

3.     Pour Red Velvet Cake Mix into a mixing bowl.

4.     Add in beaten egg and oil, stir well to combine.

5.     Fold in chocolate chips. 

6.     Using a teaspoon, drop spoonfuls of batter on the parchment paper, leaving 1” spacing between each other.

7.     Bake at 180°C for 20 to 25mins.
