60g Self-Raising Flour
1 Pinch Salt
Sprinkle of cinnamon
30g Billington Light Muscovado Sugar
30g Salted Butter
10g Egg
Pecans

- Mix Self-Raising Flour, Salt, Cinnamon and Light Musovado Sugar together.
- Mix in Butter, stir in egg. Roll into teaspoon sized balls.
- Squish each piece flat using a raw pecan. Bake at 200oC for 14-15mins until the sides of the cookies are brown and the bottoms are dry.
