Marry the King of Fruits with cream cheese to savour this savoury sweet delight!
Using pasturiesed Mao Shan Wang durian for the class, students will learn to use the steam-bake method to achieve the perfect texture for this dessert.
Students bring back a 4.5" cheesecake, complete with the springform tin.
