Sweet Bread Rolls

INGREDIENTS


Taiwan Bread Flour                   230g
Cold Milk+Egg                         140g
Salt                                              2g
Sugar                                         30g
Instant Yeast/Freash Yeast      3g/9g
Butter                                        40g

 

 

 

 

Sweet Bread Rolls

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except butter and knead till a smooth dough forms.

Add butter and knead till window pane stage.

Place dough in a greased bowl, spray with water. Proof for 60mins in a closed oven.

Deflate, portion the dough into 25g each. 

Shape each piece into a ball and place in a greased pan and proof for 45 mins. 

Glaze with egg wash, sprinkle with coarse sugar.

 

Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 17-20mins.
