Pandan Cupcake

INGREDIENTS

Bake King Optima Flour 170g
Unsalted Butter, melted 80g
Eggs 2
Bake King Pandan Paste 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp

Pandan Cupcake

  1. Preheat oven at 170 degrees Celsius.
  2. Using an electric whisk, beat eggs and pandan paste till pale and fluffy.
  3. Fold in Optima flour and salt gradually with a spatula.
  4. Add in melted butter gradually and stir through thoroughly with a spatula.
  5. Fill the cupcake cases till 60% full, and bake for 20-25mins.
