INGREDIENTS

Signwin Mango Pudding Powder

100g (1 box)

Water

500ml

 

MANGO PUDDING

Boil 500ml of water. Turn heat down to medium low and add in 1 pack (100g) of mango pudding powder.

Stir and mix will until fully dissolved. Cook the mixture at low heat for 1 minute, and then remove from heat.

Pour the mixture into moulds and let them cool. Put the pudding into the fridge for 2-3hours to set completely before serving.

Mango pudding powder can also be blended with ice to create a simple mango slushie.
