INGREDIENTS

Cookie Dough

Bake King Top Flour

180g

Bake King Corn Flour

50g

Bake King Caster Sugar

100g

Butter

100g

Egg

1

Bake King Vanilla Essence

1 tsp

 

Buttercream Frosting

Soft Butter

50g

Bake King Icing Sugar

100g

Milk

2 tbsp

Bake King Strawberry/Lemon Emulco

1/2 tsp

DELIGHTS RAINBOW COOKIES

For cookie:

Beat butter, vanillar essence and sugar til fluffy.

Add in egg and lastly top and corn flour. Mix well.

Rest for 15 minutes before rolling dough out. Cut into shapes with your cookie cutters. Bake at 180C for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.

 

For Buttercream frosting:

Sift icing sugar. Beat butter and icing sugar. Add milk and lastly strawberry/lemon emulco.

Frost cookie as desired. You may also use kiwi or strawberry jam as decor in the centre of the cookie. Add sprinkles or other candy toppings as desired to decorate.
