Bake King Top Flour

Butter

250g

Bake King Icing Sugar

130g

Bake King Vanilla Essence

1 tsp

Bake King Cashew Nut,ground

50g

Salt

1/4 tsp

Egg Yolk (for decoration)

Bake King Cashew Nut halves For topping

CASHEW NUT COOKIES

Combine all ingredients except for egg yolk and mix well. Roll out cookie dough and cut out desired shape with your cookie cutter.

Spread some egg yolk/wash on each piece before placing cashew halves on top of the cookie for decoration.

Bake at 180C for 25-30minutes or until golden brown.
