Melted butter or vegetable oil

BAKE KING CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFIN MIX

• Preheat oven. Grease muffin pans or use muffin paper cups.
• Place Bake King muffin mix, eggs and water into a mixing bowl.
• Blend for approximately for 1 minute on low speed. Scrape mixture from sides of bowl thoroughly before continuing to mix on medium speed for 4 minutes. 
• Fold in melted butter or vegetable oil. Do not over mix. Pipe or drop mixture into muffin pans or muffin cases.
• Bake for 20 minutes or until light golden brown in colour. Makes 10-12 muffins.
