Jump on the vegan bandwagon and learn all about using natural ingredients in your desserts and bakes! Using ripe avocados and fresh carrots, it's a great way to have your veggies and cakes at the same time!

Melinda is a popular vegan instructor in Malaysia, known for her Asian dishes as well as her western desserts. She runs Apple Kitchen, a bakery now school speacialising in vegan classes. Melinda is always looking for new ideas and ingredients to veganize popular desserts and continue to amaze her students and fans.
