Fans of Japanese Strawberry Shortcake rejoice! Full hands-on under the guidance of Chef Imai from baking of the sponge layers to decorating with fresh strawberries and freshly whipped cream.

Students take back a 6" decorated cake.

An Executive Chef at Japan Food Gardens in Shaw Center, Chef Imai is also the owner of Imperial Cooking School Tokyo based in Jarkata. He has vast experience in French and Japanese culinary, and headed kitchens in 5 star hotels as well as the Japan Embassy in Moscow.
