Make the perfect Yam Croquette with vegetable filling! No mock ingredients are used in the class. Students will enjoy hands-on experience in making and frying the yam croquettes. Melinda will also demonstrate the making of the Yam Ring for tea-break!

Melinda is a popular vegan instructor in Malaysia, known for her Asian dishes as well as her western desserts. She runs Apple Kitchen, a bakery now school speacialising in vegan classes. Melinda is always looking for new ideas and ingredients to veganize popular desserts and continue to amaze her students and fans.
