Workshop Overview
- introduction to ingredients required to make the different elements of the cake 
- students will work in pairs with ingredients to produce 

•Chocolate sponge
•Chocolate ganache
•Vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream

- students will work individually to assemble, fill & decorate their own cake.
- Demo of salted caramel by Chef.
- tips and tricks to achieving the perfect consistency for chocolate ganache drip.

Tina's love for baking began when she first started as a home baker selling brownies and peach cobblers. A Trainer (ACTA) and a self taught Baker, she's not looked back since then; often experimenting on new recipes to cater to the local palette. She has been a Baking Instructor with Sugarinc since 2013 training a broad profile of learners from public and corporate workshops.
